A Team Americano round-robin, then the top pairs settle it in a knockout final.
Team Americano Tournament plays the same fixed-pair round-robin as Team Americano for its group stage, then adds a knockout finals stage on top — just like Americano Tournament does for individuals, but here whole teams (not re-shuffled players) advance through the bracket.
Once enough rounds are played, Padelay offers "Start the finals," sized to how many active teams you have: 4 or more teams unlocks a 4-team knockout (two semis, then a final, with an optional 3rd-place match); 2–3 teams goes straight to a final between the top two teams.
Because teams are fixed pairs, the knockout never re-balances individuals the way the individual tournament’s snake seeding does — a team simply keeps its two players and is seeded by its group-stage points.
Club leagues with 4+ fixed doubles teams (8+ players) who want round-robin fairness plus a genuine playoff final.
Six fixed teams play a round-robin group stage. With 6 active teams, Padelay offers the 4-team knockout: the top 4 teams by combined points seed into Semi 1 (seed 1 vs seed 4) and Semi 2 (seed 2 vs seed 3). The two semi-final winners meet in the final for the title, while the two losers can play off for 3rd.

Play Team Americano Tournament →No. Because this is a team format, each fixed pair stays together through the whole knockout — only the group-stage points decide seeding, not who partners whom.
At least 2 active teams for a straight final, or 4+ for the full knockout with semi-finals and an optional 3rd-place match.
Winning the final. Group-stage points only set the seeding for the knockout bracket.
